Job summary
Quantum Metric in a remote-first setup seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) to guide technical strategy for large-scale deals and transform how customers leverage our digital analytics platform.
You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives, align the platform with strategic business goals, and engage with diverse audiences from product teams to CIOs across EMEA. Travel 25–30% is required.
Qualifications
- Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Linguistic skills: English and German; additional languages preferred.
- 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering in SaaS.
- Ability to engage technical teams and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy for enterprise deals across EMEA.
- Create tailored demonstrations aligning platform with business outcomes.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts with defined success criteria.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Product/Engineering for onboarding.
- Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to roadmap.
