Job summary

JFrog is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Taiwan to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers across the region. You will partner with Sales and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to modernize software delivery processes and ensure secure, scalable software supply chains.

You will lead technical cycles, design and demonstrate solutions across CI/CD and cloud-native environments, and build long-term technical advocacy for JFrog.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industry with Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Native/ fluent Mandarin Taiwanese and business English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Taiwan customers to understand software delivery, DevSecOps, and supply chain challenges.
• Lead the technical sales cycle from discovery through proof-of-concepts and validations.
• Demonstrate solutions across CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, and software supply chain security.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to articulate value.
• Present at customer events, workshops, and executive briefings.
