Job summary

Rubrik is seeking Sales Engineers to drive technical leadership and business guidance for regional sales teams. You will evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to a targeted set of new and existing customers in the region.

You will lead technical sales calls, develop integrated solutions, and present to customer executives while partnering with the sales team to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data centers.
• Broad knowledge of cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to customers and internal teams during pre‑sales activities.
• Analyze, design, and propose integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrate Rubrik products, architectures, and competitive storage offerings.
• Develop solutions meeting customer tech and business needs.
• Present to technical staff and senior management.
• Act as trusted advisor and internal resource on technical issues.
• Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers.
• Lead technical sales calls and qualify opportunities.
