iHeartMedia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own AudioGraph’s technical go‑to‑market. You will lead complex pre‑sale engagements, design repeatable playbooks, and build the operational backbone for a seamless client experience from first pitch through post‑campaign wrap.

You will drive sales effectiveness, deal velocity, and client retention by translating capabilities into winning proposals and scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in solutions engineering or related roles.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ad tech and integrations.
• Experience with major DSPs and ad servers.
• Strong communication with agency leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre‑sale engagements translating AudioGraph capabilities into client solutions.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and onboarding workflows.
• Own end‑to‑end client lifecycle from pitch to post‑campaign wrap and renewal.
• Architect campaign configurations including audience layering and measurement design.
• Inform product roadmap with field feedback and participate in beta testing.
