Job summary

Docker is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive direct enterprise engagement, enable a broad partner ecosystem, and establish a strong developer community footprint across India as part of the APAC strategy. Travel to Southeast Asia is expected to support regional coverage.

The role emphasizes PoC-led engagements, partner enablement, and speaking at events, with a focus on AI governance, container security, and secure software supply chains for senior technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar in technical sales or community-facing roles.
• Familiarity with AI security, governance, and secure software supply chains; agentic AI workflows a plus.
• Strong understanding of containers, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern architectures.
• Comfortable working with both enterprise customers and developer communities.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with partner or channel selling motions and enablement programs.
• Familiarity with India's enterprise IT services and SI ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to Southeast Asia for regional coverage.

Responsibilities

• Engage enterprise and partner ecosystems to deliver technical coverage across India’s market.
• Lead partner enablement sessions, workshops, and solution briefings; support partner opportunities with PoCs.
• Build and maintain partner-ready technical assets and reference architectures.
• Develop Docker AI security and governance content for developers and executives.
• Speak at conferences and develop technical content addressing gaps in Docker documentation.
• Translate AI governance capabilities into business value narratives for CISOs and AI leaders.
• Cultivate relationships with technical champions across Security, DevOps, Platform and AI teams.
