IllTip is seeking a customer-facing Solutions Engineer based in the United States to support AMER customers and internal partners. You will partner with sales and customer success to demonstrate how IllTip’s AI-enabled workspace solves real business problems and aligns with customer workflows.

You will lead discovery, run proof-of-value projects, and translate requirements into practical architecture and integration recommendations while communicating effectively with both business and technical

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in software.
• Ability to lead discovery, live demos and solution conversations.
• Explain APIs, integrations, automation and data flows clearly.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Structure ambiguous problems into practical recommendations.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS evaluations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery and tailored product demos with Account Executives and Success teams.
• Design and run proof-of-value and proof-of-concept projects.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical recommendations covering workflow design, reporting and lightweight technical architecture.
• Support live deals with integration discussions, data migration questions, security and process reviews, and RFP responses.
• Build custom reports, dashboards and demo environments that reflect real customer use cases.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to remove blockers and improve the customer experience.
