Job summary

Tellius, a fast-growing AI analytics company, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bring technical expertise to the sales process and beyond. You will engage in technical discovery, deliver demos, and help close deals while contributing to post-sales project delivery as needed.

Responsibilities include designing architectural overviews, crafting relevant POV use cases, and ensuring clear differentiation of Tellius in competitive scenarios to accelerate decision making.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software engineering/technical pre-sales experience in BI or predictive analytics.
• Experience with big data technologies, data modeling, and ML basics (R/Python, SQL, Spark).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical resource during sales cycles; address objections and build rapport.
• Deliver in-depth technical product demos to prospects at all levels.
• Design POV use cases and translate technical success into business value.
• Create architectural overviews for current and potential customers.
• Lead post-sales engagements on time, manage scope, and protect account health.
• Research competitors and articulate Tellius differentiation clearly.
