Job summary

IllTip is seeking a hands-on Product Manager based in the United States to own product decisions and outcomes for our retail SaaS platform. You will work daily with design, engineering, and business teams, guiding discovery to launch, and helping move the product toward AI-first workflows.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, strong cross-functional communication, and practical AI fluency for prototyping and research synthesis. Weekly standups at 8:00 AM Pacific are required.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or customer-facing software.
• Proven ability to independently own discovery, prioritization and outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional communication and challenge of assumptions.
• Practical AI fluency including building prototypes and evaluating AI output.
• Based in the United States with availability for a Monday 8:00 AM Pacific standup.

Responsibilities

• Take product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, making calls on scope, priorities and tradeoffs.
• Turn customer feedback, sales and marketing input, and product data into clear priorities and plans.
• Work with design and engineering to evaluate solutions and deliver high-quality features.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for the customer and business results of what ships.
• Use AI for prototyping, research synthesis, documentation and workflow automation.
