Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Solution Engineer to articulate platform value to ISV partners and craft tailored demonstrations that turn discovery into tangible prototypes. You will build AI-assisted demos and strategic guidance to accelerate speed-to-market and reduce costs, enabling partners to focus on core innovation.

You will work with Partner Account Managers and internal teams to scope opportunities, create technical content, and guide the product roadmap for innovative partner solutions

Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or related customer-facing tech roles.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and compelling narratives.
• Experience designing demos, POCs, and technical content for partners.

Responsibilities

• Articulate platform value proposition to ISV partners with compelling narratives.
• Develop customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios for partners.
• Create sales content including technical videos, briefs, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with PAMs, Product, and Engineering to scope opportunities and roadmaps.
• Discover partner needs, qualify opportunities, and define initial scope.
