As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical partner to customers, Sales, and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and qualification with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer objectives, environments, constraints, capabilities, and desired outcomes.
• Shape customer solutions by developing initial recommendations around architecture, scope, delivery model, team structure, technical requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Work across Andela's full portfolio, identifying when customer needs are best addressed through Talent Solutions, AI Solutions, Learning Assessment Solutions, or a combination.
• Bring technical depth to the sales process, including architecture discussions, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, proposals, and RFPs.
