Job summary

Andela is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Andela Talent Cloud platform. You’ll own day-to-day prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics, and a high quality bar to keep ATC running smoothly across client, operational, and talent users.

You’ll fix pain points, reduce off-platform workarounds, and shape the platform’s next evolution as Andela expands in the AI era. Strong cross-functional leadership and at least 5 years in product are essential; US West Coast hours apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a platform used by operations teams and driving value.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work overlapping US West Coast hours.
• Prior engineering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day of ATC platform with prioritization and roadmap.
• Fix immediate pain points and reduce off-platform workarounds.
• Build metrics and funnels to guide decisions and catch issues.
• Partner with operations and maintain QA processes.
• Leverage AI in product features and workflows.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams.
