Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer focused on AI & Start-Ups. You will engage with startups and cloud-native customers to drive technical discovery, qualify opportunities, and map customer needs to Cloudflare’s platform.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, engineering, and leadership to accelerate AI initiatives. You will build deep relationships with founding engineers and CTOs, deliver tailored technical content and demos, and lead PoC efforts to showcase Cloudflare

Competenze

Experience in a customer-facing technical role, selling to developers or startups.
Strong builder mindset with curiosity and problem-solving instincts.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

Lead technical discovery within the cloud-native vertical with customers.
Join discovery calls early, qualify deals, and stay embedded with customer teams.
Identify and map customer initiatives to the Cloudflare platform and AI roadmap.
Build relationships with engineers, developers, and CTOs within accounts.
Develop and present tailored technical content and demos for developers and leadership.
Lead demo and PoC/build activities for prospects and customers.
