Job summary

Gen is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the most complex partner engagements end-to-end, serving as the technical and strategic authority between our Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering teams. The role focuses on setting the solution narrative for net-new verticals and standardizing how the SE function scopes and engages for repeatable, scalable work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar role (FinTech or enterprise tech preferred).
• Experience setting architectural framing and solution narratives for frontier use cases.
• Ability to travel for in-person partner visits on a regular cadence.
• Proven track record of raising the bar for technical/pre-sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes across a portfolio of complex, strategic partner engagements.
• Set solution narratives and architectural framing for net-new verticals.
• Standardize scoping and engagement models for repeatability and scale.
• Travel with Sales for high-stakes meetings, providing technical authority.
• Architect and demo complex solutions beyond standard product walkthroughs.
• Drive product roadmap feedback from partners to inform prioritization.
