Job summary

Own Company is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to drive world-class product demonstrations and collaborate with GTM teams. You’ll master Qualified capabilities, and work closely with Salesforce, automation, and data teams to tailor solutions for customer needs.

You’ll translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, contribute to strategy, and help shape how the product meets market demands. Strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
• Excellent communication and polished presentation skills.
• Able to relate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solution sales mindset with understanding of business value.
• Bonus: programming experience (frontend or backend; Apex is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Showcase Qualified with world-class demos (~15 per week).
• Become subject matter expert on Qualified capabilities and best practices.
• Understand Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
• Own technical discovery and qualification process for prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify goals and pains.
• Provide technical responses to Security Questionnaires.
• Write technical blog content about Qualified capabilities.
• Translate and present customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor industry news to maintain deep ecosystem expertise.
