Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team, partnering with prospects and internal stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into clear business value. You will lead customer conversations, shape tailored solution narratives, and move opportunities forward through discovery, demos, and proposals, collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $220,000–$260,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong technical skills for configuring demos with low- or no-code tools.
• Consultative background in understanding business objectives and challenges.
• Ability to craft narratives that resonate across different audience levels.
• Detail-oriented project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.

This role will serve as a key partner to prospects and internal stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value. The ideal candidate will lead customer conversations, shape tailored solution narratives, and help move opportunities forward through strong discovery, demos, and proposals. You will also collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback and support competitive positioning.
