Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant - SDDC to assist customers with post-sales data center automation and private cloud implementations. The role covers design, deployment, migrations, and seamless integration with existing systems.

This is a remote position with home office setup determined by SHI management. 5+ years in infrastructure and VMware is required, with opportunities to mentor peers and influence projects across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of solutions architecture or infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of VMware experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-level design and implementation for VMware VCF and related infra.
• Lead migration, configuration, and upgrade services in customer environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions and service engagements.
