Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to collaborate with account teams, assess customer data center environments, and design tailored infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.

This role builds technical relationships with OEMs, provides training to sales teams and customers, and engages with client contacts to identify opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in a data center-related role or enterprise sales.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored infrastructure solutions for data center environments.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and partners; stay updated on products.
• Provide training to sales teams and customers on technical solutions.
• Manage solution pipeline and identify opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security.
