Heartland Business Systems in Cedar Rapids seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive the sales process across our technology solutions and services. You will guide customers from initial engagement through implementation, developing tailored solutions and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior consultants, quoting terms, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with engineers to address technical questions.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of sales experience in technology.
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Associate Solutions Consultants when applicable.
• Quote prices, terms and bid specifications.
• Analyze client needs and manage satisfaction.
• Negotiate prices and service terms with customers.
• Forecast new business and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare contracts and ensure delivery schedules align with projects.
