Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative, outcome-driven professional with deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.

As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor, helping clients create and implement solutions that leverage Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a solutions consulting/sales engineering role at a SaaS company serving enterprise clients.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXM platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases.
• Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in mar-tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX.
• Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform, showcasing how our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling demos, create solution architectures and align to positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy.
