Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients implement Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions.

As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will uncover current and future state needs, position Sprinklr’s platform, and build rapport with stakeholders from executives

Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS company selling to enterprise clients.
• Strong background in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation.
• Ability to guide prospects through problem solving and value realization frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, social media management, BI, and CCaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX.
• Understand potential business opportunities at customer prospects, researching go-to-market strategies and identifying value drivers of customer experience programs.
• Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform, showcasing how our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack.
• Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and strategic impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver demos, create solution architectures and align to positive business outcomes and go-to-market strategy.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into business value for executive and practitioner audiences.
• Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech, social media, contact center, and customer experience to inform solution strategy and client conversations.
• Work with peers and mentor others to grow within the global presales team.
