• Familiar with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, BI and CCaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, engaging prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and outcomes across marketing, social media, and CX.
• Design and present tailored solutions using Sprinklr’s platform to drive value across the marketing tech stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver demos, solution architectures, and align to business outcomes.
