Qualifications

• 10+ years' combination of Business Development, Managed/Professional Services, Contract Management, or IT services operations.
• 4+ years of team leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience in IT services industry with focus on OEM environments preferred.
• Executive presence and strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Strategic thinking with ability to align Sales, Delivery, Offering and Finance.
• Ability to write, edit, and negotiate SOWs and related contracts.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performance Solution Architect team to drive revenue, win rates and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with Pre-sales, Lenovo stakeholders, executives and teams.
• Hire, onboard, train, and track workloads with KPI-based feedback and scorecards.
• Ensure ongoing upskilling on offerings, portfolio, and market trends.
• Engage externally with customers, partners, and channel providers.
• Support proposal development and SoW review with risk assessment and financial modeling.
