Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Retail and CPG Sr. SA to be the primary technical voice for 1–5 enterprise accounts and drive data-driven transformation using ML & AI.

You will work with an AE and a team to define and execute the technical strategy, build proofs of concept, and demonstrate value across large customers. You will lead the account’s technical strategy, mentor teammates, and align Databricks solutions with business goals to maximize adoption and impact in the Retail and CPG

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in roles serving very large Retail/CPG accounts (> $1m ARR).
• 4+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activities.
• Strong background in big data, data science and cloud.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven business transformations.

Responsibilities

• You will be the main technical voice for 1–5 clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account with a close understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
