Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application analysis and systems design.
• Experience with IBM mainframe, Unix, and Windows, and software development techniques.
• Background in technology strategy and architecture, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of project management and development methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and its processes.

This role will shape the architecture behind digital banking platforms, ensuring technology solutions support business goals and customer needs. You will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions. The position also plays a key role in evaluating emerging technologies and guiding architectural decisions that strengthen performance, compliance, and the overall banking experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
