Ladders seeks a Senior Solution Consultant, Core, to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role serves as a trusted technical and consultative partner across sales, product, and data science teams, guiding client solutions from discovery through PoC execution.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually. Translate complex capabilities into business value, influence product direction through client feedback, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in professional services consulting, customer management, or sales engineering roles.
• Experience with analytics, technology, and software in enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to present core products and contribute to statements of work and pricing.
• Work with Data Science on proof-of-concept design and execution.
• Tailor strategies based on industry expertise for prospective clients.
• Partner with Product Development to relay client feedback and support innovation efforts.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and research briefs.
• Translate technical details for diverse audiences within the company and to clients.
• Support project meetings to align resources and prioritize projects.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant , Core to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical and consultative partner across sales, product, and data science teams, helping shape client solutions from early discovery through proof-of-concept execution. The position will translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for prospective clients while supporting pricing, scoping, and proposal development. In addition, this person will bring industry insight to tailor strategies, influence product direction through client feedback, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
