Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Application Architect to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role blends hands-on development with architectural thinking to design, deliver, and support core software applications in a regulated environment.

You will partner with development and project teams to estimate work and guide implementation across the software lifecycle. Qualifications include 3+ years in software development with C#, Java, and JavaScript, strong Microsoft stack

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.

This role will help shape the design, delivery, and ongoing support of core software applications in a highly regulated environment. The position blends hands‑on technical expertise with architectural thinking to ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
