Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Remote) to shape the architecture behind digital banking platforms. You will partner with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions that support business goals and customer needs.

You will evaluate emerging technologies, guide architectural decisions, and ensure compliance, performance, and a strong banking experience across platforms. Remote work is supported with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in application analysis and systems design.
Experience with IBM mainframe, Unix, and Windows, and software development techniques.
Background in technology strategy and architecture, preferably in financial services.
Knowledge of project management and development methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and its processes.

Responsibilities

Define and document architecture for digital banking platforms, alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and security.
Design integration strategies for core banking systems and third-party APIs to improve customer experience.
Establish architectural principles and monitor compliance with security and regulatory standards.
