Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software.

You will collaborate with account teams, product and engineering to translate customer needs into actionable solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing value realization. This role requires strong communication and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes and containers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
• Partner with account team to understand customer vision and drive strategy.
• Ensure high quality onboarding and testing for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer requirements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
