Job summary

Venn is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to own the technical sale of complex enterprise deals. You will lead discovery, architect secure solutions, and drive POCs from start to finish, partnering with Account Executives on strategic accounts.

Target buyers are CISOs, CIOs and IT leaders at regulated organizations; you will shape deployment across identity, endpoints, networks and data protection, delivering customer‑centric value and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

10+ years in a technical pre‑sales role at a SaaS or security company.
Track record leading the technical side of six‑ and seven‑figure deals.
Structured POCs with defined success criteria that convert to closed‑won.
Expertise in end‑user computing and VDI environments.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SAML/OIDC, MFA).

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technical discovery with account executives on strategic accounts.
Architect solutions integrating with Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace and VDI/VPN/ZTNA.
Own proofs‑of‑concept and technical evaluations end‑to‑end.
Run security reviews, RFP/RFI responses, and compliance mapping with stakeholders.
Present to engineers, architects, CISOs and executives; build a compelling business case.
