Job summary

Venn is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to own the technical sale from discovery to close for large enterprise deals. You will partner with Account Executives to map identity, endpoint, VDI, network and data-protection needs, and you will design secure, compliant solutions tailored to regulated customers.

This role blends engineering, consulting, and storytelling. You will lead POCs, run security reviews, document reference architectures, and present to CISOs and CIOs, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or similar) with large enterprise experience.
• Experience leading six- and seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders and formal security reviews.
• Strong technical depth in identity, access, EDR/XDR, and secure networking.
• Proven track record running structured POCs and turning results into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technical discovery with Account Executives to map identity, endpoint, VDI, network, and data-protection environments.
• Architect solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, VDI, VPN, ZTNA, and DLP tooling.
• Own POCs and technical evaluations from criteria to close and business-case framing.
• Run security reviews, RFP/RFI responses, and compliance mapping with security and legal teams.
• Present technical sessions to engineers and executives, and communicate business value clearly.
