Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers, partners and community. You will understand customer business issues with the Elastic Stack and enable sales through partners, while continuously improving yourself and the team.

You will travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally, collaborating across regions, events, and customer engagements to demonstrate the value of Elastic offerings and craft

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in technical presales roles and building trust with customers.
• Proven ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curious, lifelong learner with initiative to improve themselves and the team.
• History of crafting architectures that meet goals and outperform competitors.
• Influential with the ability to persuade groups and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your territory.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and at events to show value.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
