Job summary

Connection's Technical Solutions Division seeks a Sr. Solution Architect – Digital Workspace to drive sales growth through advanced pre-sales consulting and design of modern infrastructure solutions.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Copilot, partnering with Sales to create differentiated, secure Digital Workspace offerings for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

VMware VCF 9 Architect VCP/VCF 9 Admin or equivalent certification required.
Understanding of routing and switching architectures.
Experience with storage and virtualization products.
Proven professional solutions selling with strong presentation skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present value propositions.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Broad knowledge of data center/IaaS, compute, storage, networking, security, multi-cloud and UCaaS concepts.

Responsibilities

Creates and delivers sellable solutions using presales tooling and reference architectures.
Designs advanced solutions aligning business requirements with technical implementation.
Supports development of new service offerings and showcases to customers and partners.
Develops sales strategies to drive growth in new and existing accounts.
Builds and maintains labs for demos and service development.
Maintains vendor certifications and compliance within COE.
