Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, and partners. You will translate business needs into Elastic Stack solutions and drive technical wins.

Travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally. You’ll deepen product knowledge, create collateral, and help customers realize value through Elastic's cloud-based offerings, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.

• Track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to the technical win.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard and enable partners and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with others to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
• Grow both sales and technical skills through self-education and professional development.
