Job summary

Box in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Box Consulting team. You will work with customers to define and build complex solutions, promote Box platform capabilities, and drive adoption across cloud, APIs, and data workflows.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope engagements, craft technical specifications, and present architecture options to executives, developers, and IT staff, ensuring successful outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions including APIs and DevOps.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Ability to forecast capacity and support revenue targets.
• Willingness to visit clients onsite with a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Define and build out complex solutions across Box and customers.
• Promote Box technical and platform solutions to customers.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships and drive adoption.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for GTM strategy.
• Assist with designing application architectures such as custom document vaults or CRM integrations.
