Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success and Box Consulting teams. You will define and build complex solutions, promote Box platform capabilities, and strengthen customer and partner relationships while driving adoption.

You will work with sales and field teams to understand customer needs, envision a future state, and help customers reach it through technically sound, scalable architectures. This role requires strong communication and hands-on technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience architecting cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Define and build complex solutions across Box post-sales engagements.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategy.
• Accurately forecast capacity and contribute to revenue targets.
