Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success and Box Consulting teams. You will define and build complex solutions, promote Box platform offerings, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue.

You will advise clients on architecture for enterprise content management, data migrations, and integrations, balancing standard APIs with custom configurations while communicating effectively to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in architecture/system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, scale/rate limits).
• Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN), Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions based on market trends and customer needs.
• Develop and deliver repeatable solutions to drive repeatable success and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and build out complex solutions across Box and with customers.
• Promote Box technical and platform solutions and maximize opportunities with Sales and Field teams.
• Advise on designing applications for custom document vaults or migrating millions of files; integrate Box into CRM.
• Present technical information to executives and balance configuration with customization.
