Qualifications

• 5+ years in development, consulting, or professional services.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with ambiguity and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, middleware, scalability).
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, or .NET.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver repeatable solutions used as industry playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategy.
• Accurately forecast capacity and meet revenue targets.
• Team with Solutions Consultants to support bookings.
• A driver's license may be required for onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Define and build complex solutions across Box and customer environments.
• Advise on designing applications for Box platforms and integrations.
• Assist customers with data migrations and CRM integrations using Box.
• Present technical information to executives and IT leaders at all levels.
• Draft scope documents, statements of work, technical specs, and business requirements related to engagements.
