Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team. You will define and build out complex solutions, drive the adoption of Box products, and manage customer relationships while working across Box and with customers.

You will collaborate with Sales and field teams to understand customer needs, design scalable cloud architectures, and present technical strategies to executives, developers, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience
• Ability to speak to both technical and non-technical parties
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware)
• Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce

Responsibilities

• Define and build complex solutions across Box products with customers
• Manage customer relationships and promote adoption of Box platform
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities and GTM impact
• Translate technical concepts to executives, IT leaders, and developers
