Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success team and the Box Consulting group in the United States. You will define and build complex solutions, promote Box platform capabilities, and collaborate with sales to maximize opportunities.

You will advise on application design for document vaults or migrations, deliver technical scope documents, and communicate with executives and engineers. A strong REST/JSON background is required, and some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, middleware, scalability).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Ability to scope pre-sales and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
• Lead GTM technical strategy with Sales and Customer Success.
• Willingness to travel to clients onsite (driver's license may be required).

Responsibilities

• Define and build out complex solutions across Box and customer teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction while promoting Box platform solutions.
• Work with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities.
• Advise enterprises on application design for custom document vaults or migrations.
• Translate customer needs into solution architectures and strategy.
