You will be a trusted advisor, guiding technical design, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of Box products across Sales and Customer Success engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in architecture / system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits).
• Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce.

Responsibilities

• Define and build out complex solutions across Box and customer environments.
• Promote Box technical and platform solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.
