Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Nonprofit Membership team in the Seattle area.

You will be the trusted technical advisor to CIOs and technology leaders at large membership organizations, guiding modernization, data analytics, AI enablement, and secure cloud architectures that scale their missions. You will lead architecture reviews, drive customer workshops, and collaborate with account managers, partners, and professional services to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, security).
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor to a portfolio of membership organization customers across migration, modernization, data/analytics, AI/ML, and security.
Lead customer-facing technical engagements including Well-Architected Reviews and architecture deep-dives, and AI accelerators.
Design and review architectures for AMS/CRM modernization, member portals, donations, events, and unified member data platforms.
Mentor junior SAs and collaborate with Account Managers, Partners, and Professional Services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
