Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect II to partner with Account Executives across the Membership sub-vertical and drive AWS adoption for the largest membership-based nonprofits.

You will architect, demo, and accelerate AWS adoption for organizations serving tens of millions of Americans each year, including national associations and charities. You will mentor junior SAs, contribute to reusable patterns, and lead executive-level technical briefings,

Qualifications

2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, data & analytics).
Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor on named Membership sub-vertical accounts (3–5), partnering with Account Executives.
Drive end-to-end AWS adoption across customer workloads including discovery, design, PoC, deployment, and optimization.
Lead production-altitude generative AI engagements on Amazon Bedrock and associated patterns.
Architect contact-center modernization on Amazon Connect and AI-driven analytics on AWS services.
