Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for the Nonprofit Membership team.

You will advise CTOs and engineering leaders at membership organizations to modernize AMS/CRM, build AI-powered member experiences, and unify donor and program data with secure, scalable cloud architectures. You will lead architecture reviews, GenAI build days, and Well-Architected engagements, partnering with Account Managers and Partners to deliver mission-critical cloud solutions for the nonprofit

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology domains (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design/implementation/consulting in applications/infrastructure.
• 5+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor across migration, modernization, data/analytics, AI/ML, and security for membership customers.
• Partner with Account Managers to drive technical discovery, solution design, and opportunity progression.
• Lead customer-facing engagements including Well-Architected Reviews, Migration Assessments, architecture deep-dives, and AI accelerators.
• Design architectures for AMS/CRM modernization, member portals, donation/payment systems, event platforms, and unified data platforms.
• Deliver AWS service evangelism through talks, blogs, reference architectures, and workshops.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams and Partners to deliver integrated solutions and influence roadmaps.
• Mentor junior SAs and contribute to internal content and field initiatives.
