Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect II to partner with AE’s in the Membership sub-vertical, serving large nonprofit customers impacting millions of Americans.

You will architect, demonstrate, and accelerate AWS adoption for national associations, religious organizations, and member-services nonprofits—driving architecture, pricing, and roadmap proposals while mentoring peers and contributing reusable accelerators.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor on a named book of strategic Membership sub-vertical accounts, partnering with Account Executives on engagement strategy and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive end-to-end AWS adoption across customer workloads from discovery through production deployment and optimization.
• Lead production-altitude generative AI engagements on Amazon Bedrock including Knowledge Base and agentic AI use cases.
• Architect contact-center modernization on Amazon Connect and AI-driven analytics with AWS Lake Formation, Glue, and QuickSight.
• Lead customer-facing immersion days, builder days, and executive-altitude technical briefings.
