Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for its Nonprofit Membership team in Boston. You will guide memberships in modernization, data unification, and AI-powered experiences while managing architecture reviews, PoCs, and executive engagements.

You will collaborate with account teams to shape strategy, lead customer workshops, and ensure secure, scalable cloud solutions that support large member networks and mission-driven organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology domain experience in software, cloud, security, or related fields.
• 3+ years design/implementation experience in applications and infrastructure.
• 5+ years IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor across migration, modernization, data/analytics, AI/ML, and security.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute account strategies through discovery to launch.
• Lead customer-facing engagements including Well-Architected Reviews and AI accelerators.
• Design architectures for AMS/CRM modernization, portals, payments, and unified data platforms.
• Advocate AWS services via talks, blogs, reference architectures, and workshops.
• Collaborate with AWS teams and Partners to deliver integrated solutions and feedback.
• Mentor junior SAs and contribute to internal content and peer reviews.
