Slalom Build is seeking a Senior Architect-level Solution Owner to drive outcomes across large programs. You will translate strategic priorities into delivery roadmaps and lead cross-capability engineering teams to ship measurable value for clients.

You will work with product, engineering, and engagement leaders to align business intent with working software, setting delivery standards and ensuring decisions tie to outcomes.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead large or multi-workstream programs.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean).
• Strong executive communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AI tools across delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build relationships.
• Experience coaching teams to outcome-driven delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for solution and project success measured in OKRs and KPIs.
• Validate product direction and create clear specifications, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and evolve the project’s living context hub with AI tooling.
• Define program governance, cadence, and delivery reporting.
• Partner with engineering leadership to validate technical approach and milestones.
• Design and deploy AI prompts, templates, and workflows across delivery lifecycle.
• Coach teams to adopt outcome-driven ways of working and communicate value realization.
