Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal-level Software Engineering leader within its Cloud-Build discipline to drive complex client engagements across the Texas and Oklahoma markets. You will guide multi-market delivery, mentor leaders, and collaborate with AWS, Microsoft, and Google as part of a strategic capability.

You will lead with a product mindset, leveraging Agile practices and Generative AI tooling to deliver scalable software and cloud-based solutions while growing the capability and team

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-discipline teams delivering with Agile methodologies with depth in multiple disciplines such as Agile / Product Ownership, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Machine Learning and Experience Design.
• Understanding of AI in software development and how roles evolve with Generative AI and tooling.
• Experience scaling teams and delivery across markets with GTM and market-focused capability growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering capabilities across markets, collaborating with capability teams and market leaders.
• Guide delivery and pursue opportunities, acting as SME in pursuit process and coordinating with partner teams such as AWS, Microsoft, Google.
• Develop and share materials and thought leadership to advance the craft and mentor other practitioners.
