Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking Transformation consultants to redesign client operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will help identify AI-enabled opportunities, work with cross-functional teams and guide transformation roadmaps from current to future operating models.

You will partner with clients to drive adoption of data- and AI-informed ways of working, manage risk, and deliver value in fast-moving environments while building a strong brand presence for Slalom Build.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning.
• Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching.
• Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes.
• Able to identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Able to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results.

• Apply hypothesis-driven, experimentation mindset to navigate ambiguity and operationalize innovative solutions.
