• Strong leadership with experience building teams and client partnerships.
• Experience across product engineering, cloud operations, AI‑accelerated engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional capability strategy and ensure alignment with client outcomes.
• Engage in billable client delivery roles delivering product engineering and cloud modernization outcomes.
• Drive go-to-market activities with emphasis on Energy and Public Sector, AI-driven cloud modernization, and partner-enabled opportunities.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify tech-led opportunities and act as SME during pursuits.
• Participate in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning for market capabilities.
• Lead and develop capability teams to scale go-to-market impact.
