Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Manager of Solution Consulting to drive adoption of Veeva Data Cloud through pre-sales engagements. This hybrid role blends deep technical data expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach to support customer data assessments and demonstrations.

You will educate prospects on Compass and HCP Access, demonstrate value for use cases like patient journeys, segmentation, and forecasting, and feed market feedback to strategy and product teams to inform the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare data/analytics experience, with Oncology and Rare Disease expertise.
• Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• Proven ability to engage all levels of client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access, focusing on APLD data products.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach, designing data assessments and product demonstrations.
• Contribute to the pre-sales framework with standardized processes and templates.
• Manage multiple analytics projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as a thought leader for Veeva Compass and educate the industry through discussions and content.
• Collect market feedback and share with strategy/product teams to influence roadmaps and future features.
• Assist Account Partners in responding to RFPs and maintain strong client relationships.
